Sound quality 'ahah' - some words are hard to understand

Distinguish when saying certain words with certain letters. Especially those related to the shape of your mouth or lips. "V, Ka, Cha, L, etc.", you get the idea. If you are in a very noisy environment and this is the only option, it will probably work, but you may have to repeat it several times. To be honest I had a hard time understanding that the military alphabet was being used to explain what I was saying.
