If you want a real wool rug this isn't for you (nor for me). If you only want the wool rug to be felted, press down on it while ironing or something. This product is fine. I wanted a product with at least 50% wool. It's too light to hold a decent amount of wool and looks like a conditioner filter. I needed a durable rug that could serve as a reliable work surface, a wool product that would stand up to hard felting and long ironing sessions. This product is not for me. I'm sending it back.
