I was trying to "decorate" the bathroom, so I bought a new shower curtain, rugs, new curtain holders, etc. I thought I was ready to go. I really liked their design and wanted them to work as pulling the curtain up and fastening it with the 'ring' was very tiring. It was a very nice polished chrome with no flaws in shape and they seemed to slip slightly but the shower curtain (use only a medium weight curtain - clear plastic very wide 108 inches to let light in) and when I fitted the next one , the previous ones came out. It was an endless process. Got the install around 4 or 5 and had the same problem. Put a new one on, the previous ones go off the hook. They are very good and I'm sure they will work well, maybe for a different type of curtain or definitely lining and curtain, but unfortunately they just didn't work for my use. .
