Overall, this belt exceeds my $10 expectation. Pros: The strap is reversible so you can put it on without looking. It is now very easy to make this type of belt reversible, but I have others where the manufacturer has decided to screw it up by adding a label or asymmetrical D-loops. The nylon material of the belt is quite thick. Cons: The buckle is magnetic, which means it's not stainless steel. - There are no seams on the edges of the belt that would add strength. Other information: - The ends are covered with approx. 1.5 mm thick genuine leather. This is a sign of quality, but it can be a disadvantage if you choose a nylon belt instead of leather. It's a little shorter than advertised. If you are at the upper limit of the size range, you can increase the size. The size I ordered was 36-42 inches but it fits me and I wear 34 inches at Levi's. I don't think this will be enough for a 42 inch waist.
