My first 3 star review was The tolerances on the adjustable feet are a bit large causing the stand to wobble front to back and side to side The pictures and instructions show the silver ones Adjustment tabs perfectly aligned with the left side of the legs - this is not correct - they go in different directions due to poor machining tolerances of the nut in the leg Finally one of the legs was very difficult to screw in - it's good that it has the threads on the under hasn't snapped off the screw welded to the stand. Some may be unlucky - be very careful when screwing it in - need a lot of M ale start, rewind, restart to make it thread. Updated 5 Star Rating: Based on my review - Haven offered a refund or replacement - and I didn't even ask - would keep the product as it worked. They commented on my review and suggested that I contact them. We had all the conversations in an hour and over the weekend, and after 3 days I had a full-fledged replacement in my hands. I have to say that I have never had such an interest in the business when I am 100% sure that the customer is satisfied and has no complaints. The replacement was better than the original purchase and works perfectly. Again, I don't know what everyone in Haven sells, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything from them.
