Pretty good except for one big mistake and a few comments

I just got this backpack and for the most part I really like it! The design is simple but clean and professional. I use this backpack to carry my textbooks and laptop to and from college every day, so comfort and protection are paramount. For the most part good materials are included in the bag that have held up to the wear and tear so far. The straps are pretty decent, although I would have liked different, more comfortable padding. Another small note I have is that they could have added a chest strap (especially for those carrying heavier loads on a motorcycle, bike or board). Inside, there's plenty of room for all my study guides, supplies, and my 17-inch Razer Blade Pro laptop with peripherals. Everki could add a few more organizational pockets here or there, but it's pretty good as it is. The laptop and tablet pockets are well padded, I particularly like the reinforcement in the corner areas, as this is often overlooked in laptop backpacks. One of the biggest flaws they really need to address is the zipper on one of the pockets opposite the laptop sleeve as that is where it rubs and scratches your laptop if you don't have a pocket. some guy on the laptop itself! Currently, the padded laptop compartment ends about an inch below to zip up when squeezed, leaving the laptop open. Everki can solve this problem by lowering the problematic bag, adding a padded lid that can accommodate a zipper, or increasing the length of the laptop bag itself. Luckily I already have a case that I use anyway, so it didn't cause me any problems. Expect to have to buy a case until they fix this or it will damage your laptop. Once they fix this and maybe reconsider the harness padding I'll upgrade it to five stars.
