My boyfriend is 6 feet tall, weighs 140 pounds and is 10.5 feet tall. So he has a pretty long and slender leg. The shoe fits in length but is very tight from the sandal strap aspect. I thought he was too teary so I tried them on (a 130 lb woman wearing 7.5 inch shoes) and the strap was very tight on me too. They also do not stretch after use. He still wears them, but only with socks, otherwise the band would rub against the bladder.
