Make no mistake, these headlights can be a routine install so allow yourself plenty of time. Initially I was quite happy with the headlights themselves, although they didn't fit exactly because I was able to fill in the extra gaps around the headlights with clear sealant. My biggest dissatisfaction is that the surface of the headlights was covered with very small cracks in the first year after installation (see attached photos). This is different from oxidation, which can occur and cause discoloration. In this case, it's like the tiny cracks that can appear on a car's paintwork if it's been oven dried for too long or at too high a temperature. My guess is that a similar error occurred in the production of these headlights. However, the end result is similar to oxidation discoloration, as the light from the headlights now appears diffuse and weak. However, there seems to be nothing worse than oxidation that can be done to repair micro-cracks on the headlight surface. Consequently I am very disappointed that I spent money and time replacing the headlights and now need to be able to do it all over again. However, next time I will not buy these headlights.
