Reduces dark circles and fine lines under the eyes

So the product really helps to reduce dark circles and fine lines under the eyes. I've been using it for 1 month, 2 times a day and I've noticed a difference. My only complaint is that it's difficult to apply makeup to the area as it tends to stay a little damp. I notice that I use less makeup as the days of using this product have gone by.
