I definitely recommend buying, I didn't notice any disadvantages.

I have one that is 7 years old. The battery is dead, and it’s time to replace the knife with the mesh, but they are very expensive separately, and only on order with delivery. So it's easier to buy a new one

With its pros. The razor is light, comfortable, one charge lasts for a long time, for a week or more, I shave every other day. Easy to clean. Got cons: does not shave very well. And the sideburn knives are not comfortable, on the old Philip it is much wider and softer.
