Bought this to update a couple of cardigans I wear to work. Many of them were made fluffy with a little pile, which made them look old and dirty. This little device managed to shave off all the bumps and messes and also got rid of some loose threads. My sweaters look great again and the razor is incredibly easy to use and simple to use. Even after charging for the recommended time, the device will turn green for one second and then flash red. Unacceptable for a hardly used product. Update 01/02/2020: I contacted the company in early December, they should send a replacement. Didn't receive anything so obviously they don't endorse their product.
