Review on 🌙 Little Sleepy Head Toddler Pillow - Organic Cotton, Ivory 13 x 18 | Down-Like Fill - Best Bedtime Comfort! by Angel Caldwell

Received these pillows today for my 2 year old twin girls. They used a "starter pillow" (Biloban's first baby pillow) which is pretty flat but gives them something under their head and while these pillows were great I thought it was time for a real baby pillow. After literally hours of research, I settled on this pillow. Although they are soft and appear to be of good quality, they are very full and therefore very durable. You won't get what you expect from a down pillow (or down filling). In my opinion it looks more like a gel or foam pillow. I have to say that I have always used down pillows and my husband prefers foam or gel so I understand the difference very well. The pillows came with a card saying you can call if your pillow is too full or too flat and a website is listed. However, this is just a link to their sales page. I couldn't find a phone number or chat or anything! Also, I couldn't find anything about the process if you need to swap out your pillow for a thinner one or a thicker one. I decided that I would put pillows in my girls' cribs along with their old ones because maybe I'm being too picky. I checked the monitor and sure enough both girls were back on the flat pad. I know my girls are ready for a real pillow as they have balled up their comforters or teddy bears and placed them on the baby pillow and slept that way. (as you can see in the picture) but these pillows are not what I would call a pillow for a younger toddler. I suspect this would be a great pillow (thickness) for a 4-5 year old, not a 2 year old. Disclaimer: As my girls are twins, they are slightly shorter than most toddlers their age. If it helps to compare, they weigh 21.3 pounds and 21.7 pounds. Disappointed that there is no way to contact the seller to exchange for a flatter pillow as they are very soft and appear to be really high quality materials (no chemical smells, nothing sticking out, tight soft cover, no lumps). Since I can't contact the seller to exchange it for a flatter pillow, I will be returning it. The search for the perfect baby pillow starts all over again.
