Review on πŸ§₯ CAMEL Men's Lightweight Rain Jacket: Waterproof, Windproof, Hooded Raincoat for Outdoor Activities, Hiking, and Work by James Townsend

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Hood covers eyes, no security zipper

My more expensive rain jacket, which starts with a C, has a velcro closure at the top of my head to pull the hood out of my eyes. This jacket has synthetics to tighten the hood opening but nothing to pull it away from your eyes. If it was removable I probably would have. However, I bought it to go to the mailbox in the rain and for that it is enough. It's longer at the back than the one it replaces and the fabric feels heavy despite being a lightweight jacket. The only other structural issue is that the front zip doesn't have a flap. It looks pretty well sealed but I'm not sure how long it will be waterproof in heavy rain. I would not walk or work in this jacket. good for getting in and out of the rain quickly - maybe - it hasn't rained yet lol

Pros
  • WATERPROOF AND RAINCOAT: Our CAMEL men's windbreaker can withstand sudden rain when walking outdoors thanks to 75D*160D polyester taslan fabric and waterproof translucent coating. Proven to be both windproof and waterproof, this raincoat will keep you dry all day long in cloudy and rainy weather.
Cons
  • Not bad
