Surprisingly good for a cheap item
I wasn't expecting much at this price but was very pleasantly surprised. It's very pretty, albeit cheap. The choice of sequins and fabric fringes for embellishment and movement is the main reason this scarf works so well. Such a cheap scarf probably won't work with heavier jewelry like coins as it would just fall apart. The fabric is shiny too. Really nice. One note is that it works a bit small. My hips are only 35 inches and this scarf is about 3 inches shorter to fully cover the entire front.
