I bought this jacket for a woman who is always cold too. She needed it for the colder climate in our area. She put it on and it's a little bigger but with the adjusted waist ties it fits and looks great. She wore it to work, where it's kept very cold, ostensibly for productive office work. She said it keeps her warm during the day and allows her to focus on her work. (When I'm cold I focus on being cold, that's not my job. But that's another story. The jacket seems well made and looks like it will stand the test of time. It is a detachable jacket that can be worn, although in the original selection it was like a lined fleece jacket, it's still warm enough for that.I would recommend it.
