The integration with other tools such as Slack or Salesforce was really helpful to keep track in real time about our customers' information flow during outages/maintenance windows etc.. Also it's very easy for us (and also any client) to see what are their current service level agreements so we can easily manage them if they fall short from meeting SLA expectations! As previously mentioned above there were no benefits at all when compared against competitors products like Zenoss which had more featureset but better price tag too!!
