Bought a few months ago to keep mortgage documents that were taking up too much room in the filing cabinet. With our mortgage paid off as of June 2020, I needed something I didn't have to go through day in and day out. Cover overlaps with suspension files. If you bought this to store the files you work with day in and day out, this isn't for you as wear and tear will take its toll. As an archive folder - perfect. I'm getting 2 more today to archive our retirement/retirement/401K records and past surgical medical records and life insurance records. Our millennial children will have no trouble finding documents when we leave this earth. Everything is sorted and labeled.
