I bought 2 of these headsets. One for my husband and one for me. We use them with our tablets and computers when we are working on different things at the same time and in close proximity as it makes the relationship calmer and more peaceful. My adult gamer kids insisted the Turtle Beach headsets are the best cheap headphones out there. I took her word for it and ordered. I received them on Monday 27th July 2020 and as of today 31st July 2020 they are broken. While my husband's new headset sits unopened in the box waiting for him to use it, my 5 day old Turtle Beach headset sits in the trash without the stylus currently in my tablet. As you can imagine, this upsets me greatly. I think you really do get what you pay for. Unfortunately it looks like I'll have to go back to using my 9 year old crappy sounding headset. IF of course I can get the stylus out without ruining my new Fire tablet.
