I love this thing. It makes my 10 year old son's life so much easier. Haha! He is very happy because he can charge the controllers every night when he sleeps because they are plugged into the wall. Otherwise he would have to turn on the PS 4 for the controllers to charge and that is NOT a good thing in his opinion. I will say that you have to be sure to push it all the way in order for it to charge. Just make sure the light turns white (I think that's the color) otherwise your child will get frustrated and say it doesn't work until they put it on properly and say "Oh".
