The product would be completely useless to me if I couldn't easily store it in the stowed position. I am happy to report that my screen is in the process of retracting and I will definitely update this review if at some point in the future my screen fails to retract properly. While this rating remains at 4 stars, you can rest assured that my screen retract feature is still working properly. My only real complaint about this product applies only to you if you plan to install it in a room with high ceilings on the ceiling. Having installed it in a room with a 10 foot ceiling, I was a little concerned that the advertised vertical height of this product is not exactly 6 feet, even though it is advertised at almost 71 inches. However, the widest vertical screen height available on my screen is only about 63 inches, which is about 5 ¼ feet. While that's disappointing, I can still get it working for a conference call where only my head and shoulder area needs to be shown in the video, so it's not a complete deal breaker. I have another nagging complaint. When I first opened it up, there were some very small black dots on the screen. I have no idea what the black stuff was, but they were very small, and while I couldn't completely erase them 100%, I was able to lighten them significantly where they weren't very visible by wiping them with a soft, damp cloth. It was so minor that I would still give this product a full 5 stars if small black dots were my only problem (ie if the actual height of my screen surface was almost 71 inches). So aside from the low screen height, I agree with all the other rave reviews on this product. This is a very nice green screen! Update 09/23/2020 Well I guess my green screen just needed a little time to loosen up because now it's stretching further than it did at the beginning. I now have 5 inches more vertical height than the day I first received this product. Now the total height available is 68 inches, which is much closer to the advertised height of 70.87 inches. It is close enough to the advertised height that I am increasing my rating for this product to 5 stars as taking a whole star off this very good product is not enough. It can get even bigger over time, actually reaching a full 70.87 inches, but even if it doesn't, I'm very happy with this product.
