I am excited to get a new pair shortly, and thankful for incredible customer service.I loved the style/shape of these sunglasses, they are SUPER CUTE. Unfortunately, one of the arms keeps loosening and I keep having to tighten/adjust it with a tiny screw driver otherwise they fall right off my head/face. They didn't start doing this until after the return date (of course lol) but as I said, they are cute enough that I don't mind occasionally tightening the arm when I want to wear them.
