Uneven heat, poor cable routing
Hot water bottle warms well, but only at high temperatures; other settings are not warm enough (at least for me). It also heats up unevenly. My biggest criticism of the product has to do with where the cable attaches: the wider part that runs down the back. This means either sitting on the cord or constantly moving it and adjusting your position or the position of the bandage. It would be much better to attach the cord to one of the ends that wraps around you so the cord hangs down the side and not the back. fair enough to keep me warm.
