this thing broke as soon as i took it out of the box. I was holding it by the corner with one hand, and the corner I was holding just broke off. I held it between my fingers (like you hold a plate of food, but it's not heavy at all, it's very light, it's just very fragile, like thin glass, not pliable at all) anyway I placed it over the screen and it seems to work fine but as other reviews have said it will slip right away. If it was on your screen and you were walking while carrying your laptop I would see it just slip off before you could stop it and it would break if it fell. not sure how you could provide it. For $40 it didn't feel right as just taking it out of the box and holding it literally broke.
