The heel broke off when trying it on.
The heels are set incorrectly. They curve slightly towards the toe of the shoe, and the binding makes it worse. I broke my right heel just trying it on and I had an appointment that same day so didn't have time to do anything about it. Very cheaply made and totally disappointed in this shoe. I absolutely do not recommend it!
