I needed a powerful fan to blow on me while I exercise indoors. It meets all requirements. I would prefer something less bulky. I think I should have looked at the picture before ordering but I didn't realize that the air is only coming out of the top half of the front. However, this suction cup may release some air. When I start a workout I have to start on the lowest setting so I don't get too cold. I have it in front of me and a few meters from where I am standing. After a workout, the skin on the front definitely feels cold. Can't test the remote - haven't needed or used it. The top grip is good.
