Small. I'm 14-16 years old and the pants fit me just below the knee if I want to look even a little bit like bloomers. Cap sleeves are very thin, not very flattering. Fits better than a thermal overall. I took other curvy girl reviews and did NOT order as I couldn't wear it to the event I ordered it for.
