Works very well. A lot of dirt came out of my laptop keys, but a little dirt doesn't get into the goo. Use it for my phone and other small things and it works quite well. Smells good. I think people who had problems didn't read how to use it. You do NOT spread the goo over the keys, you take it like a drop and put it on some keys, press a little and pull up. If you smudge it, it will be a mess. I like that the instructions say "use hands on body". Not sure what other hands I would use, but make sure to use body hands when using. giggle
