Good packaging, good features but lackluster sound quality. The ear is like an ice pick (well exaggerated but not by much) SQ is very and for the most part very subjective so they might be good for you but I think that's their only downside and that's a big time as that's their main feature... I like the design they fit well in the ears, good case if a little big, although it offers a great battery life of 100 hours (including charging in the case) and charging via USB C. when I wanted to adjust them , I touched the control button and they turned off, on bit annoying.IE keeps them by the stem not the base.not bad in general except for the sound quality :-(
