These 10 days pass, no money, no feedback, I write to support through the application, they promise to find out, in a couple of days a letter arrives in the mail that there will be no money, take the goods. I'm trying to find out why, a few days later the answer comes that the seals have been opened. I, of course, did not open them, about which I have a confirming inspection certificate upon acceptance. I am trying to convey this to a specialist, and again after a few days the answer is that the money will not be returned, in her opinion, I am breaking some rules. Those. a direct violation of consumer protection law and an attempt to deceive me. As a result, when he painted all this and threatened to sue, only then did they return the money. The whole process took from August 8 to September 1. But during this time, this laptop has risen in price by 30 sput, respectively, similar models too. At first I was going to pay a little extra and buy a similar model with backlight, but after all this I won’t. I wrote in support that honestly it would be to return the difference or make a discount, because. it was their fault, which was refused. As a result, a lot of time was spent, nerves were frayed, and I was left without a laptop. And all this despite the fact that I am a regular customer and I buy, or rather half bought, quite often. Before that, there were no problems, even with some small things they went to a meeting, but this case showed the real attitude of the store towards its customers.
