This is a very unique massager compared to many guns, neck and back massagers. This is the first massager I've seen with a dedicated hand for cold/hot elements. Not entirely sure what makes it a "facial" massager compared to other massagers other than the cold/hot element. The timing arm has a really clear cold/warm indication which is great. Each hot/cold also has (3) levels. * There are (3) massage settings, let's call them high/medium/low. The massager can be used on the whole body, but it doesn't have multiple attachments like regular massage guns. * The device can be charged using an external battery or any USB storage device. The kit does not include a power adapter (against). * Motor speed 4000-8000 rpm * Works up to 1.5-2.5 hours with vibration, 4-5 hours with one-time heating * Charging time 4-6 hours No complaints overall.
