Review on Clairol Touch Up Precision Applicator PACKAGING by Mae Howard

As for the product, I have been using Clairol Root Tint for many years. I have dark brown roots and highlights and use this product between salon visits to prolong the life of my color. Other than that I will never order it again. I bought two packs (because it usually takes so long to cover my gray hair) and one seemed perfectly fine but the other was either old or not real because as you can see in the picture the left smooth is mixed when it should and had the right color. The right one was black and lumpy. I used the left one, but when I threw away the right one, it broke into small pieces and ended up in the sewer. Very strange and waste of money.
