Seller, why not disclose that they are not covered by the warranty because they are not certified for use in 2022? Do you still have access to the guarantee, and what steps have you taken to address the problem? The problem has been fixed, the headphones have been returned, and the payment has been refunded. They said there was a problem with the delivery. Distinct advantages: They're functional, the headphones themselves don't raise any red flags (albeit the front of the case is a little worn, although they came packaged), but they hurt after prolonged use. The music sounds great, and the call quality is outstanding. Cons: I didn't think they would bother my feet, therefore I wore them all the time. I tried them on first to make sure, however after about half an hour the discomfort sets in. Millimeter adjustments are useless once they are properly attached. I called customer service to see if I could get replacement overlays for them (I had read that doing so would fix the problem; currently, I'm making do with small ones, but they don't fit and are too hard to remove), but they identified the headphones as being from the United Arab Emirates and stating that they were not certified in 2022.
