Three strikes, you're out!

Would give 0 stars but 1 is the lowest possible star. Received the item described/pictured twice, not just once. I then received a refund from Revain who said they would be in touch with the retailer. Should receive 3 packs of Vertex facial razors, 3 razors each. Instead I received 1 pack of facial razors from Star Beauty which only had 3 razors. The Star Beauty razors I received are a different shape (I prefer square tip razors to round tip razors to get between my eyes etc.) and the Star Beauty razors are EXTREMELY dull - I could use them don't even use it. once when the razor literally did NOTHING.
