Don't waste your money on this. Our cat keeps getting "cat picks" on his chin even though we only use ceramic bowls, brush daily etc. Thought it might be worth a try as a warm washcloth doesn't help much. When I first used this, our cat vomited within an hour. Maybe it just happened by accident. But she seems really disgusted by this smell and doesn't want him to get near her. I used it several times which she didn't like. To be honest her chin looks even worse afterwards! Not sure why it is non-refundable as I only received it 3 weeks ago.
