I LOVE Boody's regular bras, but at size XL this just isn't supportive enough for actual movement based exercise of any sort, let alone jogging in it. I guess smaller sizes might be able to get away with it better.but I suspect it's really more an issue with the type of fabric being so stretchy (which I otherwise love) that while it does give enough support for everyday wear, it allows a ton of bouncing around with any actual exercise type movement.
