I was pleasantly surprised, especially given the lack of feedback and queries about my purchase, that the device worked without any problems. Despite my pre-purchase concerns, the device allowed me to use a 4K TV/monitor and a 1080p TV/monitor at the same time, even when both were set to the same input device (ie one device was receiving a 4K signal and the other was receiving 1080p when it was displayed from the same input) - at least as far as I can tell. 2 output devices. In addition, it seamlessly transmits enhanced audio such as 5.1 through the SPDIF and HDMI ports. I didn't try the 3.5mm ports as they don't suit my use case. Manual EDID management is also handy, especially if you have two output devices with different capabilities. Finally, the remote has a good range and the IR receiver works even when the remote is at an angle (ie it works when you're not using the remote directly in front of the device).
