Review on Pleated Little Girls' School Skirts & Skorts, sizes 2-12Y by Melanie Hartmann

I ordered a purple/pink light check skirt for our small/petite/skinny newborn 9 year old daughter. I figured 150/10-11Y would fit her as always. The length is great but the waist seems small. The elasticated waist stretches but isn't "loose" as it should be when your child "starts" to adjust to the next size up. There is no room to "grow" to greatness. I'll go back and buy the next size up.
