I bought these for weight training while recovering from a golfer's elbow and I have to say they help protect my injuries. Using the measurements and prescribed fit guide, I bought the size XL first and while it fit well, I realized that over time it would break apart and probably be looser than I prefer - defeating the purpose of compression sleeves! I took advantage of the great free return option and bought an L instead which turned out to be the right choice. The large size doesn't cut off my arms and provides enough stability and compression for my arms. Having used this product for at least four workouts I can state that the design and quality of the product is exceptional. at such a low price. The material breathes well. I can definitely recommend these compression stockings 👍🏽.
