I bought this from XS for my son who was born a month early and weighs only 4lb 13oz. After 2 weeks at home he screamed and waved his arms every time I wrapped him in a blanket. So I ordered this and he loves it as his hands touch his face. This prevents him from being startled and waking up in the dream. He can also turn around in it and lie on his side. I actually order him 2 small ones because he has outgrown xsmall. The only scam I can think of is that I didn't order more than one as he didn't sleep well while washing. Best $30 I've Ever Spent!
