Well made bag. Good number of pockets without extra bulk. It's a good size, I ordered the 11.6 inch version for my surface pro 3, works great! The main pocket has enough room to hold Surface firmly, but not so tight that it's difficult to slide it in and out. The main pocket also has a small slot for a tablet or e-reader and a full-width divider that allows you to carry notes or folders. The two smaller front pockets are great for a notepad and pens, as well as accessories like a power bank or display adapter. The internal padding in the main laptop compartment is adequate, but the padding in the bottom corners could be better. However, it is just as good as most bags that cost a little more. The zippers and seams make a very robust impression. I've read in some reviews that people have experienced the strap coming loose, this hasn't happened to me and the clips seem very strong and the gate is stiff enough that I'm not worried about them opening . In general I am very satisfied
