A real lifesaver! good for wellness and relaxation

I've wanted one of these for years and never thought it would be worth it or even affordable. I'm a bartender in a busy bar and I run 12-14 hours straight and I have a lot of foot and knee problems because of it. I did a lot of research before buying and finally decided on it because of the good reviews but mostly because of the compression feature. It's like hugging your legs tight when the only cure is to squeeze the life out of your muscles. I have plantar fasciitis and this is the only thing that has worked for me. I look forward to using this after every shift and it's one of my best investments ever. I've seen the reviews and there are some tips: people have complained about the lack of warmth. It gets VERY hot and I used to have to turn it off during a massage. If it was any hotter, my legs would be fried. People say it doesn't heal; it's absolutely possible if you do it right. I've found that putting my feet all the way back toward the heel instead of pushing them forward helps. Also, keep your knees together a little and this will hit your heels perfectly. The most intense massage I can get is (top to bottom/heat to strength): white/red/white/red. Obviously, different combinations work best for different people, and it takes multiple uses to find what works best for you. Also note that the massage will turn off automatically after 15 minutes because if you use this product excessively your feet will turn to mush. It feels great but should be used responsibly. Overall this product saved my feet and brought me so much relief and comfort. I was lucky enough to get a voucher but even at full price it would be worth every penny. If you have pain or problems in your feet, I would say that this massager is definitely worth trying. I don't review many products but I hope this can help someone else find relief.
