Item arrived exactly as described. I'm not sure why I'm reading some of the negative comments on here, but they're definitely not deserved if you ask me. I thought getting Brazilian hair removal would be a lot more painful than it was. The pain level for me with this product was around 2-3. I want to buy this product beforehand. The only thing I can tell is that the gloves were at the bottom of the box next to the wax balls and some of the tiny bits of wax were on the gloves. I tried to remove it but it didn't come out. I ended up spraying my gloves with post wax spray to remove it and it came off but was a little inconvenient to spend time on. It took some time. I would suggest to the package seller to put the gloves in the waxing machine so this doesn't happen to anyone. Other than that, this product is amazing. The wax took some time to melt, but once it did melt, it reached the perfect temperature and consistency and melted smoothly. I made my brazilian wax and there was no mess. It's a little tricky for the back, but if you have a small mirror to put on the bathroom counter and put your foot on the counter, making yourself a Brazilian wax is fine too. I have a feeling that the people who wrote a bad review about the mess either have never used wax before or just didn't know how to use it. Look, there are YouTube videos you can watch. Education is the key. This product is an economical investment that can save you a lot of money if you pay high salon prices for waxing. Due to the muddled reviews I bought these cardboard rings to bypass the wax pot but I will be returning them as I don't need them. The after wax spray is great. He removed all residue from my wax. It has no odor, which is very important for sensitive people. I would definitely recommend this product, all round a great purchase.
