Great software, great service!!: Triniti Master Data Management
The support provided by Trinitiy was quick to respond & extremely helpful throughout all phases of implementation! There were minor issues during our trial period but they responded quickly and resolved them promptly. They have been proactive about reaching out with new features as they become available. Definitely recommend using them for any size organization looking for a solution that caters to their needs. We are solving two separate problems - one is being able to easily create/edit customer information from various systems within our company (ERP), and another is ensuring each system has consistent customer profiles across multiple accounts (i.e., billing systems).
Pros
- I love how easy it is now just plugging in data once, instead having too many steps before you can get into your own account info or see other companies' records if needed..it's so much easier than when we had an old version which required more manual work after entering initial basic contact details like phone number etc.and then needing extra tools such as Excel add ins / apps outside Salesforce itself
