I love this chair although I ended up having to return it. It has a large seat and high back which makes me think it's made for tall and tall people. I'm not short by women's standards, 5ft 9in, 150lbs, but it seemed too big to me. The seat felt a bit too hard at first, but after sitting for a while it became quite comfortable. which I think is hard to find. The frame at the back of the chair, where the lumbar support is molded, curves sideways and slightly inward towards the seat. I kept bumping into this part of the frame with my elbow. I have tendonitis in both elbows, that was the deciding factor for me, it was too painful.
