This little coffee maker is heaven. I was supposed to receive it 6/30 and received it last night. It was worth the wait considering it was $5 cheaper than Walmart and Target, and that doesn't include shipping. I personally find that 1/2 to 3/4 scoop of coffee is the perfect cup of iced coffee for my taste. A full scoop might be the perfect cup for others, depending on the type of coffee used and your taste. I read some reviews before buying, read comments about "coffee comes out hot". The coffee comes out hot, which is the definition of "brewed coffee". The glass is filled with ice so the coffee is nice and cold after the minute it takes to brew. Other comments concerned the fact that the cup was not completely full. I think this is so you can add the flavor of your choice without spilling it. If you want the cup full, simply add more ice AFTER you've made your cup of iced coffee.
