We used this for 30 minutes (maybe) cool, windy today before the batteries (brand new) ran out. Plugged it in because it was told it would work when plugged in, but it doesn't hold a charge, the batteries make it wireless, and it turned on but wouldn't turn off unless you plugged it in. What good is a portable cooler that runs less than 30 minutes? The USB rechargeable fan I bought for $12 works better than this one... Please don't waste the money and time it takes to return it.
