This is a very nice henley and the material is very soft and has a little stretch. The material is a bit thicker than expected which is good - it should last a long time. I'm 5'11", 165 lbs, Athletic build. The medium fits well but is not form fitting. From bust to waist the width is the same so it will be a little loose/square especially at the waist .
