Review on Totally Bamboo Spaghetti Kitchen 20 2074: Durable and Sustainable Pasta Serving Essential by Kevin Pirlet

I really need a ladle that won't scratch my enameled cast iron pans that I use a lot. It took a lot of time. This is a really nice deep ladle made out of laminated bamboo. It pours well. Made to last, it's well made with a very nice handle. A lot of bamboo tools are flat, which is fine if that's what you want, but for more deeply shaped tools, this bamboo tool company exceeded my expectations. After searching in stores and online, I realized I couldn't help but pay more to get the depth I was looking for in a bamboo spoon (ordered September) or bamboo ladle. After ordering based on the photos and the description, I opened the box and was relieved to find that the trowel was perfect. The separate spoon I bought from them was of the same high quality for bamboo too.
