Review on Duck Packing Start Dispenser 824922 by Reginald Hamilton

I LOVE the Duck brand tape in a 50 yard dispenser that I get many times at WalMart bought. I've been using it for a few years but due to Covid and an increase in online shopping I've chosen to buy from Revain as they are the same brand. Both have the EZ Start feature. But this particular 22 yard dispenser and the metal cutting tape on the dispenser does not work properly. The tape does NOT cut properly so you have to fiddle with it, fiddle with it, try harder, wiggle it. and then it tends to twitch when cutting, that's why i have slits in the table top. This makes the ribbon applique look clunky, messy, and crooked. Low quality. This is a design or manufacturing defect - the 50 yard dispenser never does. This purchase was for six rolls of 22m dispenser tape and all I have used are of poor quality and I am unhappy with them. The 50 yard dispenser is much better without this design flaw. Not recommended!
