Not the best, not the worst. Don't think it's much more than lotion
Smells like sunscreen. I can't say I've noticed a significant effect on dry skin. I bought it specifically because I sometimes have dry skin on my forehead/nose/eyebrows. Didn't want a super girly scent. I can stand the smell. It just feels greasy no matter how hard I try to rub it in. It's not bad, but I definitely feel it when I put it on. So much so that I'm worried I'll get breakouts due to clogged pores. I can't say how effective it is as a sunscreen as I haven't used it that often. But I feel like for moisturizing it's the same as just putting an unscented lotion on my face.
